Industrial units

The storage and distribution elements of Axis Business Park are located with easy access to the airport and Scotland's motorway network.

The sites and buildings offer the ideal solution for modern storage and distribution and trade counter users.

Amenities

Along with a good mix of office, retail and hotel users at Axis Business Park, a number of additional amenities are to be provided to service occupiers.

These include a nursery/crèche and a health centre. In addition, a 119 bed Premier Inn and a 154 bed Park Inn Hotel are currently being constructed on site. The hotels will provide additional restaurants, meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Eco sensitive environment

All the office and hotel buildings will comply with sustainability regulations to minimise CO2 emissions and the office buildings will be BREEAM rated "very good/excellent". A Development Control Guide, to promote and ensure a consistently high standard of form and design of building on the park, is in place.

On completion of the development, a SINC management plan will protect the wildlife and plant life along the banks of the nearby River Almond, whilst there will also be a dedicated strategy to maintain a consistently high quality of landscaped environment within the park.

A Travel Plan framework, providing a co-ordinated transport strategy to encourage car sharing, cycling and use of public transport by all occupiers on the park, has been prepared.
